Our Winter Wonderland programme runs from 6 November 2026 to 4 January 2027.
Will there be any free entertainment during the Winter Wonderland Break?
Yes. All our villages will have free entertainment during your break.
- UK villages: Christmas choir or singer performances on Wednesdays and Sundays
- Longford Forest: Christmas choir or singer performances on Wednesdays and Saturdays
You may also spot our cheeky elves around the village, providing some extra festive fun and entertainment.
Entertainment times and locations will be included in your Arrival Guide at check-in.
Santa's Christmas Parade
Experience the magic of Santa's Christmas Parade as Santa travels through the village in his sleigh, accompanied by elves, captivating performers and beautifully crafted reindeer puppets.
Find a spot along the parade route and enjoy the music, excitement and festive atmosphere as Santa and his procession make their way through the village.
- When: Every Wednesday and Saturday at 5pm
- Duration: Approximately 30 minutes
- Available until: Wednesday 24 December
- Handy tip: Arrive around 10 minutes before the parade to find a suitable viewing spot.
- Accessibility: Each village has a dedicated accessible viewing area.
Elf Explorer Passport
Look out for the Explorer Elves in Santa's Woodland Village, who will give you a special stamp for your passport.
Find all four elves and you'll earn your official Elf Explorer status!
Letters to Santa
Make Christmas extra magical by writing your very own letter to Santa.
Children can share their Christmas wishes, tell Santa about their year and add some festive cheer before posting their letter in his special postbox.
Santa's hardworking elves will make sure every letter reaches Santa. Each child will then receive a personalised reply, delivered straight to their lodge or apartment during their break.
Details:
- Location: Santa's Woodland Village
- Letters to Santa pack: Provided on arrival
- Posting deadline: Post your letter before 2pm on Wednesday or Saturday to receive a reply during your break.
Handy tip: Remember to include your lodge or apartment name and number so Santa's elves know where to deliver the reply.
Accessibility: Santa's postbox is accessible for wheelchair users, mobility scooters and pushchairs.
Please note: Letters to Santa are available for breaks from the 8th of November 2026 up to and including the break of the 21st of December 2026.
For breaks departing on the 23rd of December 2026, letters must be posted before 2pm on Tuesday the 22nd of December 2026 to ensure they are delivered by 10am on Wednesday the 23rd of December 2026, before you depart.
Santa's Woodland Workshop
Santa is getting ready for Christmas and has set up his magical workshop in the woods. Meet his elves, explore the Woodland Workshop and visit Santa himself to tell him what's on your Christmas list.
You'll also have the opportunity to have a special souvenir photograph taken to remember your visit.
- Available: All villages
- Dates: From 7 November until Christmas Eve
- Maximum: 8 guests per session
- Adult requirement: At least 1 accompanying adult
- Child requirement: At least 1 paying child

Brunch with Santa
Join Santa at Hucks American Bar & Grill for a delicious brunch, with roaming entertainment from his playful elves to get everyone into the Christmas spirit.
Santa will also visit your table during the experience.
Booking information:
- Book one space per person
- Spaces must be booked according to the correct age group:
- Under 2 years
- 2–11 years
- 12 years and over
Please note: Brunch with Santa is available at an additional cost and is subject to availability and is bookable 12 weeks prior to your arrival.
Will there be a Christmas tree in our lodge?
Yes. You can pre-order a Christmas tree, lights and decoration pack to transform your accommodation into a festive grotto.
The pack includes:
- A real Christmas tree, minimum 5ft, blocked and cut
- A selection of baubles
- Beads
- Fairy lights
The pack will be waiting in your lodge when you arrive. At the end of your break, you're welcome to take the tree and decorations home with you.
