Why can’t I see/add my booking to my account?

Answer:
Bookings made within the Contact Centre will automatically drop into your account overnight. Bookings can be added to the account before then by signing into your account, clicking on Add Booking to Account, and entering the booking reference number.
Multiple booking numbers? Each booking number can be added to the account by following the steps above. To view all bookings, log into your account and select My Booking, View all Center Parcs Bookings. Each booking will be displayed in arrival date order.

Please note that to see the booking in your account, the email address for your account must match the email address used on the booking.
