You can arrive on the villages from 10am, with access to your accommodation available from 4pm. Once unloaded, the car must be returned to the main car park as soon as possible. The arrivals lodge at all villages is manned 24 hours so if you are arriving later in the evening, there will be someone available to check you in, and you will still be able to drive to your accommodation to unload. There is no need for all to arrive together; just make sure each car has a note of the booking reference number for arrival.
From Monday, 29 September, lodge entry times will vary by the type of lodge you’ve booked. Guests staying in the Treehouse lodges will have access to the accommodation from 1pm. Exclusive lodge access will be from 2pm, Forest Lodges, Hotels, and Apartments will have access from 3pm. Woodland Lodges will remain from 4pm.
We ask our guests to vacate their accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure. This gives us time to get the lodge ready for the next guests. We ask that you kindly help us by leaving your lodge in a reasonable condition, please remove your waste to the recycling bins and pop the dishwasher on before you leave. You are welcome to stay on the village until midnight; you don't need to check out, you simply leave your wristband in the box by the departure barrier as you leave the village.
On the morning of departure, the car park barrier will be raised from 4am for you to drive to your lodge to pack your car. Should you wish to leave/pack earlier in the morning, our security team will be happy to lift the barrier for you. If you wish to leave the night before, you can drive to your lodge from 4pm onwards in order to pack your car – just pop to the Security Lodge to pick up a special car pass. The pass will allow you up to one hour to pack your car and either start your journey or return it to the car park.
