Takeaway
Placing an Order
Takeaway orders can be placed through the Center Parcs website by selecting a restaurant. Guests will need to sign in or create an account and follow the on-screen instructions to complete their order.
Cancelling an Order
To cancel a takeaway order, guests should contact the Restaurant Runner team between 3:00pm and 10:00pm using the number for their village:

Amending an Order
Orders cannot be amended once they have been confirmed and payment has been taken. Before confirming an order, guests can add or remove items in their basket.
Missing Items or Delivery Queries
If an item is missing from a takeaway order or there is an issue with delivery, guests should contact the Restaurant Runner team using the relevant village contact number above. For queries relating to eating in a restaurant, guests should speak to their server.
Dietary Requirements
- Halal meals: Available for takeaway with a minimum of 7 days’ notice.
- Kosher meals: Unfortunately, Kosher meals are not available, as village restaurants and takeaway facilities are not equipped to provide them.
Unfortunately, you cannot use a gift card to pay for your takeaway order.
