All guests with details on the booking are represented by the coloured circles and initials at the top of the calendar.  Activities in the itinerary can be filtered by clicking on your circle. This will display only those activities that you are booked onto. Any activity with no guest assigned will appear under the 'all' version of the calendar. Simply click on the circle that represents you.
