How do I view my activities?
Answer:
There are generally two ways to view what you have booked:
1. Itinerary - This is a visual overview of all activities either booked or pending in the basket (before payment has been completed). This works in a calendar format, so you can see at a glance what is happening when and with whom. All guests with details on the booking are represented by the coloured circles and initials at the top of the calendar, with the dates of the booking shown below. Confirmed bookings are shown in blue, and provisional unconfirmed bookings are shown in orange. To find out more about a booked activity, simply click on it. Things that don't have a start and end time, such as a Grocery pack, won't appear on your itinerary but will appear on your detailed receipt.
2. Detailed receipt - This is a full cost rundown for the booking. The accommodation booking is displayed on the left-hand side, including arrival and departure dates. On the right-hand side is an itemised display of all the other items booked, split into two sections. Section 1 shows payment for your accommodation and any payment instalments that have been made. Section 2 is split into two sub-sections; the first at the top is for everything booked at the time of booking your break. The second at the bottom is for all items booked or added after you booked your break. Your detailed receipt only itemises what has been paid for via your online account.
