You can change your booking to a lower grade of accommodation, subject to availability.

An amendment fee will apply when making this change.

Changes to accommodation are not permitted within 10 weeks of your arrival date, unless:

• you have purchased Flex Your Stay, or
• your booking includes another valid offer that allows changes.

If your booking is eligible, any changes will be subject to the terms and conditions of your booking.
