When the 'Pay Now' button has been clicked on a call is made to the Bank to start the authorisation process however if you get this error straight back this means the authentication server from the bank has stopped the transaction, Potentially a fraud issue. Please call your bank and ask if online payments are enabled, they can enable them straight away, to allow you make your bookings through our Payment Gateway.
