How do I make a payment?
Payments can be made securely, via your online account. Once you have logged into your account, click on 'My Booking', the option to 'Pay Outstanding Balance' will appear. Once selected, you can choose to pay the outstanding balance or (if before the due date) Pay a Set Amount and enter the amount you wish to pay. The full balance must be paid 10 weeks before the arrival date. Only the lead booker can make a payment via their online account.
Bookings made via the Contact Centre must be added to the account by selecting My Booking, Add Booking to Account.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Revolut, and Maestro cards.
There is no option for automated payments.

A 30% deposit is required when booking, with the final balance due 10 weeks before the arrival date. If booking with the Repeat Guest Offer, a 10% deposit is due at the time of booking, with a further 20% due 12 weeks later. The final balance is then due 10 weeks before the arrival date.
