We ask our guests to vacate their accommodation by 10am on the morning of departure. This gives us time to get the lodge ready for the next guests. We ask that you kindly help us by leaving your lodge in a reasonable condition, please remove your waste to the recycling bins and pop the dishwasher on before you leave.  Guests are welcome to stay on the village until midnight on their departure day. It is not necessary for you to check out, you simply leave your wristband in the box by the departure barrier as you leave the village  On the morning of departure, the car park barrier will be raised from 5 in the morning for you to drive to your lodge in order to pack your car. Should you wish to leave/pack earlier in the morning, our security team will be happy to lift the barrier for you. If you wish to leave the night before, you will be able to drive to your lodge from 4pm onwards in order to pack your car – just pop to the Security Lodge to pick up a special car pass. These passes allow you up to one hour to pack your car and either start your journey or return it to the car park
