Vehicle Access and Parking
Vehicle Access and Parking
To help protect our natural environment and maintain a safe, peaceful Village, vehicle use is restricted during your stay.
Guests are only permitted to use their cars within the Village for unloading/loading at their accommodation on arrival and departure days.
Hotel guests and Aqua Sana Spa Day guests are permitted to drive to and from the hotel and Aqua Sana Spa.
Our colleagues and, where necessary, maintenance or refurbishment teams may need to use vehicles within the Village. We keep this to a minimum wherever possible.
Think of it as a well-earned break for both your car and the environment.
To help minimise our carbon footprint and reduce traffic within the Village, we recommend bringing no more than two cars per lodge wherever possible. If additional vehicles are required, they are welcome, and there is no requirement for everyone to arrive at the same time. Any additional vehicles should be parked in the main car park unless they qualify for one of the parking exceptions outlined below.
Parking by Your Accommodation
You can only park near your accommodation if one of the following applies:
- Exclusive lodges – Guests staying in an Exclusive lodge can park by their accommodation. The exceptions are Woburn Forest and Elveden Forest, where designated parking spaces are provided in the main car park.
- Treehouses and Waterside lodges – Guests staying in a Treehouse or Waterside Lodge have designated parking spaces located close to their accommodation.
- Wheelchair-accessible accommodation – One accessible parking space is provided close to your accommodation. Additional accessible parking spaces are also available in the main car park.
- Medical requirement – If there is an essential medical need to use a vehicle throughout your stay, a Center Parcs vehicle permit may be issued following assessment by the Medical Centre. Each request is considered on a case-by-case basis, and a permit will only be issued where no suitable alternative, such as the Village shuttle service, is available. Please complete the relevant form, and the Village team will contact you to discuss your request.
- Drivers with a disability – If the driver has a disability that means they are unable to travel between the main car park and their accommodation using the shuttle service or by other means, a Center Parcs vehicle permit will be issued. This allows the vehicle to be parked in a designated parking space near the accommodation.
Restricted Vehicles
There are restrictions on the access and parking arrangements for larger vehicles at each Village. If you are planning to travel in a larger vehicle, please contact us on 03448 267708 before your visit for advice on the arrangements at your chosen Village.
Small car trailers may be parked alongside your vehicle in the main car park.
Please note that caravans, campervans, motorhomes and mobile homes are not permitted on our Villages.
