How can I book a specific accommodation number or request accommodations close together?
You can choose a specific number or request accommodations close together for an additional charge, subject to availability. While we'll do our best to allocate them near each other, we can't guarantee adjacent lodges as this depends on accommodation type, size and availability.

How to book
Before you've booked
- Select your preferred location during the online booking process.
- You can view available lodge locations on the village map before confirming your booking.
After you've booked
- Contact the Contact Centre or use Live Web Chat by typing "I want to speak to a human" to add or change your accommodation preference.
Please note
- Charges apply per accommodation, not per booking.
- If you don't choose a lodge location, one will be allocated automatically 4–6 weeks before your arrival. Your lodge number will then appear in your Booking Overview.
- If you've booked a dog-friendly lodge, you'll need to select a lodge location on the preference page to confirm your booking and apply the dog fee.
