To give you peace of mind, we have replaced holiday insurance with Flex your Stay. Flex Your Stay allows you to cancel or amend your break for any reason.
Flex allows you to cancel your break for any reason and receive a full refund, minus the flex policy cost, up to 28 days before your Arrival Date.
From 27 days up to 2 days, you are still able to cancel your break and receive a partial refund. Please see the table below.

Flex also allows you to change your booking, for any reason, up to 7 days before your Arrival Date and up to 2 days with the payment of an extra fee.
