It's mandatory to have a personal account for bookings made online. You'll still be able to book via the Contact Centre, which doesn't require an account. However, that also means you won't be able to benefit from the great online features that come with an account, such as make activity bookings, edit your guest or vehicle details and view your booking or itinerary.
