If you find any lost property, please hand it in to any member of staff or Guest Services.
If you have lost something, please contact Guest Services for assistance or telephone Lost Property (number found in the Useful Numbers section). Your personal belongings are your responsibility during your break with us.
Please note we accept no liability for any accident, loss or damage to your property unless such loss, damage or accident is demonstrably due to our negligence or that of those for whom we are legally responsible.
