All Center Parcs villages have EV charging points available to pre-book online and a small number of points available on a first-come, first-served basis.  

Guests will need to download the Monta App to charge their electric vehicle (payment is also made via the app). 

Charging points can only be booked on Mondays for four nights and Fridays for three nights. The points will charge the vehicles overnight, although they can remain safely plugged in throughout the whole duration of your stay – checking the status of the charge on the app.

There is no limit on the number of electric car charging points you can book, allowing you to book separate charging points for multiple vehicles.

• If you are staying with us for 7 nights and need the space for the duration of your break, you will need to book for your arrival day and again for the date that is mid-break. We cannot confirm the same space, so you will need to move your vehicle to the allocated space. 
• When you arrive drive to the electric vehicle charging section of the car park, and park in the space you have been allocated, this can be found in your itinerary

What happens if struggle to connect to the internet?
