If cycles have been booked online via your account, please follow these steps to cancel. Step 1: Log in to access your account. Step 2: Choose My Itinerary within My Booking. Step 3: Select cycles. You will then see a cancel button at the bottom of the details page. Please note that this button will be inactive if cycles have been booked by one of your companions via their own account. Your companion will be required to cancel the cycle booking from their account following the same steps. Step 4: Click on the green refund button. Step 5: That's it - you should now see a confirmation screen. Cycles that have been booked alongside your accommodation will need to be cancelled via the Contact Centre on live web chat.
