How do I book a Spa Break?

Spa Breaks can be booked online or through the Contact Centre.

Can I use an Aqua Sana gift voucher?

Aqua Sana gift vouchers can be redeemed by calling the Contact Centre. Vouchers cannot currently be redeemed online.

Every Spa Day includes:

• Full access to the spa experiences included within your package
• Complimentary robe and towel hire
• Access to Spa Wellbeing Sessions

Food, drinks and treatments vary by package and are shown when booking or within your booking confirmation.

Can I visit on my own?

Yes. Many guests enjoy visiting Aqua Sana on their own for a relaxing day.

What time should I arrive?

Please arrive 30 minutes before your Spa Day starts.

Your booking confirmation will show your arrival and departure times.

What should I bring?

If food is included:

• It cannot be exchanged for an alternative option.
• Dietary and allergen requirements can usually be catered for.

If your package doesn't include food, meals can be purchased from Vitalé Café Bar.

• Stay in an open-plan twin or double Forest Spa Apartment featuring free WiFi, a kitchen area, and a private balcony or terrace with peaceful woodland views.

• Luxury Forest Spa Suite
• Direct spa access
• 50-minute VOYA Calm Seas treatment

Accommodation:

• Check-in: 2pm
• Check-out: 12 noon
• Stay in a twin or double Luxury Forest Spa Suite with direct access to the spa, allowing you to come and go throughout your stay. Suites include free WiFi, a kitchen/dining area, private balcony, deluxe bathtub with forest views, a TV in the bathroom, and access to a Spa Suite concierge.

Spa access remains 9am–9pm on both arrival and departure days.

• Christmas Eve – 9am–6pm
• Christmas Day – Closed
• Boxing Day – 9am–6pm
• New Year's Eve – 9am–6pm
• New Year's Day – 9am–6pm

What if I arrive late?

Spa Days finish at the scheduled time.

If you're late for a treatment, Aqua Sana will try to accommodate you where possible, although this cannot be guaranteed.

Can I bring a book?

Yes.

Can I use my phone?

Mobile phones and electronic devices should only be used in Reception before being stored in your locker.

Treatments are available only if:

• You have booked a Spa Day or Spa Break, or
• You're already staying at Center Parcs.

Can treatments be adapted?

Do I need to complete a medical questionnaire?

Yes. All treatment guests must complete one before treatment.

Are treatments vegan?

Massage treatments can use vegan oil on request.

Spa:

• Minimum age: 14
• Guests aged 14–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Bookings can only be made by guests aged 18+.

Treatments:

• Body treatments: 18+
• Facial treatments: 18+
• Express facials: 14+ (14–17s must be accompanied by an adult)

Spa Day guests

• Can use village shops and restaurants.
• Cannot use the Subtropical Swimming Paradise or activities.

Spa Break guests

• Have full access to Center Parcs facilities throughout their stay.
