How do I cancel my restaurant reservation?

How to cancel your reservation

1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to My Booking and select My Itinerary.
3. Select the restaurant reservation you wish to cancel.
4. Click Cancel at the bottom of the booking details page.
5. Select the green refund button.
6. A confirmation screen will be displayed once your cancellation has been processed.

If you can't cancel your reservation

You may be unable to cancel online if:

• The reservation was made by another guest in your booking. They will need to log in to their account and cancel it themselves.
• The reservation was made through our Contact Centre. In this case, you'll need to contact the Contact Centre to arrange the cancellation.
