Health and Safety - Action Challenge Activities
Please check the activity-specific requirements above before booking.
- Some activities have minimum age, height and weight requirements. Please refer to the individual activity details.
- A guardian must be present to complete the health and safety form for all participants under 18 where required.
- Children under 8 years must be accompanied by a paying adult for Aerial Adventure, Aerial Tree Trekking and Treetop Glider.
- Mini Trek requires one adult per participating child.
- Family Adventure Nets supervision requirements:
- Ages 3–4: One paying and participating adult can supervise up to 2 children.
- Ages 5–8: One paying and participating adult can supervise up to 3 children.
- Remove all jewellery and piercings before taking part where instructed.
- Wear sensible clothing and enclosed sports shoes. Open-toe shoes, Crocs, Espadrilles and open-back shoes are not permitted where specified.
- Skirts, dresses, hoods and loose items are not recommended or permitted on applicable activities.
- The Drop: Participants will be weighed before the session. Guests aged 8–13 may use the 4.5m and 7m Air Bag Jump platforms only. Guests aged 14 years and over may also use the 10m platform.

- Please check the individual activity requirements before booking.
- Children must be accompanied by a paying adult where required:
- Laser Combat – children aged 8 and under.
- Paintball – children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Participants must attend the safety briefing and follow instructor guidance throughout the activity.
- Some activities have minimum age, weight or equipment requirements. For example, Laser Clay Shoot Out requires participants to safely handle a laser rifle weighing approximately 3.6kg (8lb).
- Wear sensible clothing and enclosed sports shoes for outdoor activities.
Children's Activities
Woodland Wheelers
A fun introduction to self-balancing transporters designed for younger guests.

Junior Quads
Children learn to ride miniature quad bikes before tackling the purpose-built track.

Family Karts
Enjoy pedal-powered kart racing with the whole family, learning basic driving skills before the final race.

Off Road Explorers

- A paying adult must participate in Locked in a Room activities.
- A paying adult aged 18 or over must be present for all Escape the Forest escape rooms.
- Escape rooms are suitable for families, although younger children may require assistance with some puzzles.
- Escape the Forest rooms accommodate a maximum of six participants.
- Locked in a Room – Parallax is wheelchair accessible.
