The Lakeside Apartments are spread across two floors – Ground Floor and First Floor. Apartment numbers are arranged in different sections of the building, so they do not always run consecutively from one apartment to the next.
Ground Floor
- Apartments 1–16: Located in the left-hand section.
- Top row: 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16
- Bottom row: 1, 3, 5, 7, 9, 11, 13, 15
- Apartments 33–45: Located in the central section.
- Top row: 33, 34, 36, 38, 40, 42, 44
- Bottom row: 35, 37, 39, 41, 43, 45
- Apartments 59–74: Located in the right-hand section.
- Top row: 60, 62, 64, 66, 68, 70, 72, 74
- Bottom row: 59, 61, 63, 65, 67, 69, 71, 73
- Apartment 33 is an adapted self-catering apartment.
First Floor
- Apartments 17–32: Located in the left-hand section.
- Top row: 18, 20, 22, 24, 26, 28, 30, 32
- Bottom row: 17, 19, 21, 23, 25, 27, 29, 31
- Apartments 46–58: Located in the central section.
- Top row: 46, 48, 50, 52, 54, 56, 58
- Bottom row: 49, 53, 57 are Penthouse Apartments
- Apartments 75–90: Located in the right-hand section.
- Top row: 76, 78, 80, 82, 84, 86, 88, 90
- Bottom row: 75, 77, 79, 81, 83, 85, 87, 89
Apartment numbering
The Lakeside Apartments do not follow one simple consecutive numbering system across the building. Numbers are grouped into different sections, with odd and even numbers generally arranged in separate rows.
Please note: When locating an apartment, use the apartment number and the floor rather than assuming the next-numbered apartment will be directly beside it. The Penthouse Apartments 49, 53 and 57 are also located separately in the central section of the First Floor.
Please note - there is no lift in the apartments at Whinfell Forest.
